Abstract Wall Art

Abstract Wall Art - Delicious And DIY

Just a heads up you guys the next few weeks all my posts will be heavily focused on Wall Arts.

I’ve painted so many and then I realized I have posted absolutely zero of them.

So I decided I should give those poor guys a chance 😉

The Bar Stools pictured above you can see the makeover post over here.

So starting with this Wall Art which is super easy to make.

I used three main colors for this Wall Art.

A beautiful peach and pink color from DecoArt.

I also used a light Sky Blue color.

I split the painting into 3/4 sky blue and the other 1/4 I split almost equally between peach and pink colors.

You don’t have to be perfect at all because its almost all of it is going to be covered in Gold.

When my painting was fully dry I went in with Gold Metallic paint and started painting over the borders of all the colors with Gold.

And here is how it turned out.

You just need to go in an up and down motion with the Gold to achieve a brush stroke type effect.

This post isn’t really a step by step tutorial of how I actually made this Wall Art but bear with me you guys as I try my best to explain it.

You can also use different shades of paint if you like but I wanted to stick with only three since my living room almost has every single color one could imagine.
