I love Gold Dipped Legs furniture pieces, I just think they look absolutely beautiful. I have created so many of these and you guys can see my Refinished Side Table and Coffee Table post.
I really loved the architecture and the “Corner Table” style of the table.
The table was missing a Drawer Handle and also the drawer had no support meaning I had to attach a piece of wood so that the bottom of the drawer area would stay in place or else it would be dangling in the air. Quiet Literally!
Here is the before shot
As you can see it had no drawer handle and how the drawer oddly protrudes out, I thought thats how it was supposed to be but when I pulled it out I realized that it wasn’t coming out as smoothly as drawers are supposed to slide.

So the plan of attack for this table was to achieve a Dipped Gold Leg look and to paint the entire table in the color Raspberry.
First of I Primed the entire table in Behr’s Paint and Prime in the color White and sprayed with my trusty Old HomeRight Finish Max Sprayer.
I gave the entire table a complete even coat and waited for it to dry before painting it in the Raspberry Color.
Then I went in and painted the entire table in the color Raspberry.
It needed two coats before I was satisfied with the way it looked.
After that I went in with my masking tape and taped off the legs and sprayed it with Rust-Oleum Gold Metallic Finish on the legs as well as the front of the drawer.
I was initially going for the “Gold Dipped” look but then I completely spray painted it Gold.
Cant get enough of the Gold, what can I say!
As I mentioned earlier about the wonky drawer situation for that I had to make a quick little trip to Home Depot to get a specific piece of wood cut so I could attach it at the bottom and plus I had to get a drawer knob as well.
After spray painting the legs Gold, I took off the masking tape and Voila we have our very own trash to treasure masterpiece.
What do you guys think?
