This project is absolutely adorable and takes less than 15 minutes.
Yay for quick and simple DIY projects.
I got these basic candles from IKEA a while back and I just decided to make them a little fancy since they were completely plain looking.
This is how they looked Before.
Material Needed for this Project
We rarely ever light candles in our house and they are only used for decoration hence this had to be decorated ASAP.
I first taped off the candles.
The green one I taped vertically and the Purple one I split in three horizontally.
Then I took them outside and gave it a good coat of Gold Spray Paint.
Wait for it to dry and then remove the masking tape.
After removing the masking tape, in its placed I popped in these silver cover buttons.
Since the wax is soft you can easily just push them in and they will stay in place.
You could leave it empty or use any decoration in its place as well.
And there you have it.
How quick and easy was it?
