Tutorial For DIY Removable Wallpaper Headboard
Even though I have been DIY-ing for several years now when I get excited for a project I just completely forget to take proper before pictures.
But for today just visualize a room with just a bed, no headboard or anything which is what I started with for this project.
I chose a very subtle color and print as compared to the loud colors I normally gravitate towards.
The wallpaper I used in this room I bought from Target and I only needed one Roll as I was only going to cover the space a standard headboard takes up on the wall.
Attaching the Wallpaper was an easy process and if you need to see the other Removable Projects I have done in the past be sure to check out my Dining Room Makeover, Bright and Bold Room and Modern Bookshelf Makeover using Removable Wallpaper.
The Headboard was complete using four panels and to finish it off I used Gold Tape all around it to give it a border.
I also attached two light scones on each side of the removable wallpaper headboard.
To add an extra element I decided to create a square using the gold tape on one of the medallion designs on either sides.
And that was it .
All Done.
What do you guys think?
Above the bed I hanged my DIY Anthropologie Inspired Flower Mirror which went well with the whole grey and gold theme of this room.
