Okay so we all know Valentines Day is coming up and although I always say to my husband that I don’t want anything special but we all know that deep down inside we definitely are expecting something. (Am I Right?)
I love desserts and chocolates are my biggest weakness.
And if you present it in this beautiful Heart shaped bowl, filled with flowers, I mean who wouldn’t like it!

Moving onto todays little project.
Materials Needed for this Project
Chocolates (Optional)
I found this plain heart shaped bowl from my local Dollar Tree which is what started this whole project.
And when I was walking around I also found Artificial flowers in the color white and pink, you could of course use real ones.
My local store only had these colors available at that time so that is what I went with.
You could leave the bowl as is but I decided to paint it Red.
Using a foam paintbrush I gave the bowl about two coats of Red to completely cover it.
I painted the inside of the bowl.
Let it dry.
I detached the flowers from the fake stems and then started playing around with the placement in the bowl.
I ended up with half of the side with white flowers and the other side to be pink.
From this point onwards you can literally do whatever you please.
I chose to place chocolates in the middle of each flower.
You could use Hershey Kisses or those Ferrero Rocher chocolate bowls wrapped in gold so to have just one color throughout.
This is how mine turned out.
And that was it.
This craft was so easy and so quick but it looks so pretty!
What do you guys think?
