Today I am looking back at all the DIY Projects I created in 2017 more specifically the ones that you guys liked the most and were the most Popular.
It was really hard for me to narrow it down to only Five Projects.
But before I dive into the list, I just wanted to say that it has been a blast making all the colorful, fun and vibrant pieces and to share all of it with you guys.
And I hope you guys stick around with me in 2018 to see what other fun projects I post.
With that said, lets get started with todays little Round Up.
If I was to name one project which took the spotlight this year, it was definitely my Modern Bookshelf with Copper Hair Pin Legs Makeover.
I absolutely loved playing around with the gorgeous Removable Wallpaper and the legs of course took it to the next level.
Not only did you guys love it but it was featured on Apartment Therapy as well as on Buzzfeed.
This piece makes me so happy and if you guys haven’t seen how this Bookshelf looked before, you need to see it right now so to appreciate the After even more.
I am so happy that you guys loved this project, it was a real tie between the Modern Bookshelf and this bench but it came in a close second.
I love the Kilim Print, its pattern, the colors basically everything about it!
Although I do have to admit this project took me a while and was quite labor intensive but the results were just beautiful and well worth it.
Do hop on over and check the full post incase you haven’t already.
Moving on from the Kilim pattern to my second most favorite pattern the Southwestern Design.
And this is actually a perfect way to start 2018 by creating this super easy Southwestern Goal Wall which not only looks great but is a great way to keep you on track with your goals and plans for the New Year.
The entire project literally cost about $10 and you end up with this unique Accent Wall just by using Post-It notes.
I think its safe to say that 2017 was big on the Palm Leaves trend.
This Gold Table turned out even better and all I used were Artificial Palm Leaves which I Decoupaged on to it.
Speaking of trends in 2017 I also saw alot of Marbled Painted Projects also known as Dirty Pour or Drip Art.
Resin was another popular product this year and ofcourse I had to combine both of the things together to Makeover my Bar Cart.
You guys loved it as much as I did.
All in all it was a fun colorful year for me.
And that is it for 2017!
Which project did you guys like the most?
